Washing-filling-sealing Machine

General introduction

This machine is mainly used for ionized air washing, WFI washing (optional), filling and sealing of large volume infusions of PP plastic bottles. Suitable for combination cap and hot melt sealing.

Washing filling and sealing stations adopt rotary type. The machine uses manipulators to catch bottle neck for location and handing-over. Any scrape of bottle or bottom is not allowed. This promotes production efficiency and ensure accurate.



Main features

The whole machine is compact and the number of operators is reduced. Not considering bottle loading, the whole machine only requires one operator.

Different specifications change parts are convenient to replace, and the adjustment of the height of the bottle is adopted to adjust the conveyor belt form, and the main unit remains stationary.

Optional WFI washing station, vacuum suction is adopted at the same nozzle which is for removing the WFI water. 

It has automatic handling cap, automatic loading cap, no cap no filling, no bottle and no capping function.

Adopt frequency converter stepless speed regulation, PLC program control; touch screen operation; with high automation.

Main stations

Air washing station
The ion wind cleaning station is mainly composed of a bottle clamping device, ionizer, a compressed air blowing device, an exhaust device and a lifting device.
Bottle-washing spray needle is equipped with independent negative ion generating device (with failure alarming function). Under the guide of rising cam, the needle inserts into the bottle and seals the mouth. Negative ions generated on the needle top are blown into the bottle by purified compressed air to eliminate static electricity in the bottle. Meanwhile, it blows the electrostatic-eliminated plastic and other particles to make them floating in the bottle. The vacuum device at the needle bottom sucks all particles into sealed pipe then discharge to outdoors. Since inserting to the bottle, the needle has been tracking the bottle for synchronized movement until it leaves the bottle. This ensures enough washing time. 




WFI washing station(optional)
After air washing, the bottles move to the water washing station. In this station, the cleaning medium is WFI. WFI is continuously flushing the plastic bottle in the range of 180 degree scope. So the surface of the bottles can be cleaned. Meanwhile the flush nozzle also connected with clean air pipe to flush clean air to blow out WFI and make the bottle clean for filling









Filling station

New constant pressure filling system, consist of liquid tank, pressure stabilizing system, program control system, CIP/SIP system, central transmission device, etc.

Filling measure is controlled by the opening time of pneumatic clamp valves at the top of each filling head. The opening time of each valve can be set separately. The constant pressure and fixed filling time bring the uniform metering control. When photoelectric sensor at the lower part of filling heads finds bottles, the pneumatic clamp valve will open, and fill by time-control. If no bottle under filling head, the pneumatic clamp valve at the top of spray pipe will close to cut off the liquid. This realizes function of no bottle, no filling.


Sealing station

This station is mainly used to weld-sealing the cap of plastic infusion bottle after filling. It adopts double heating plates to heat caps and bottle ports separately, finish weld-sealing in non-contact hot-melt type.

The manipulator catches the bottleneck, meanwhile, the caps are collected by cap arranging hopper and delivered to cap-conveying track. When the photoelectric switch at bottle-feeding station senses the bottle, the cap-blocking cylinder at the end of convey track will stretch out, the caps then enter into cap-taking station. The cap-poking tray will pull out caps, when the caps convey to connecting part, cap-taking heads take caps following the cam down curve. It will alarm and stop the machine if cap position is low, cap blocking or lack of cap. No bottle, no capping.
